Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges, including on unopened items, in order to maintain the highest standards of product integrity and safety.


We stand behind the quality of every item we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@heartlandhomesteads.net with photos of the issue. After review, we will provide either a replacement or store credit to resolve the matter quickly and fairly.
