1. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you’re agreeing to purchase directly from Heartland Homesteads. Payment must be completed before your order is shipped. Please double-check your billing and shipping details, as we cannot make changes once an order has been processed.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via reliable carriers. Once your order leaves our facility, you’ll receive a tracking number. Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, all sales are final, including unopened items. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@heartlandhomesteads.net within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will provide a replacement or store credit.

4. Use of Products

Our products are for personal use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please follow product instructions and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, and product formulations are the property of Heartland Homesteads. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Heartland Homesteads is not liable for misuse of products beyond their intended purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.
