Cancellation Policy


Some items in our store may be offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how those purchases can be changed or canceled.


Subscriptions


When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select.


Your payment details will be stored securely and you’ll be charged for each delivery, unless you choose to prepay.


All subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel before your next billing date.


You may cancel or change your subscription at any time by using the Manage Subscription link in your order confirmation email or by contacting us at support@heartlandhomesteads.net.


No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
